Momentum Business Systems was founded by Matthew Mulhern after years of helping organizations improve their operations, communication, customer experience, and growth systems.
Working across sports organizations, healthcare, home services, and professional firms, Matthew saw the same pattern over and over: smart, capable business owners drowning in manual work, losing leads, and struggling to scale — not because they lacked drive, but because they lacked systems.
